The Spirit of the Agreement & Agreement
The purpose of the £4000 reward is as an incentive for everyone to give me, Dom Chudleigh, maximum exposure to the most suitable and fantastic job opportunities available. It is not a raffle, sweepstake or other game of chance. It is a reward for helping me achieve my objective, and it is intended that the arrangement is completely self funding.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this site. Use of this site in any way indicates that you fully agree to each of these terms and conditions.
The £4000 giveaway is a reward for the introduction to a contract of employment which I subsequently undertake. A contract of employment will include, but not be limited to, the following criteria;
- A minimum of a 1 year contract
- Offered by a legal and solvent organisation
- Meet my minimum income requirement
The organization must be aware of our arrangement before I accept their contract of employment
I am under no obligation to undertake a contract of employment even if it appears to meet my criteria and I will not payout the £4000 reward unless I take the job.
The £4000 reward will be paid, by cheque, as a single sum one month after the successful completion of an organisation’s probationary period or a three month trial, whichever is the longer. It will be paid to the individual who refers me, Dom Chudleigh, to the job or contract. This individual may agree or decide to share the giveaway with other people in the referral process, however any agreement is between them and I will not be held in any way responsible.
All users of this site must provide accurate information about their identity. Users shall not use another person’s name or information, i.e. you may not comment or provide details about a job on behalf of another person. You must be 18 or over in order to receive the reward. Should you not wish to receive the reward yourself I will donate the reward to a suitable charity.
I, Dom Chudleigh, reserve the right to remove or amend the offer at any time. I also reserve the right to discontinue this website at any time without notice or reason. Any suspected intent or collusion to defraud will automatically nullify the arrangement. My, Dom Chudleigh, decision will be final.

If any provision of these terms and conditions so construed is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will, to the extent so held, be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
